What we collect
We collect only the information you give us directly. There are two places on this site where you can submit information:
- Contact form – your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the message you type.
- Booking form – your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
We do not collect payment card details through this site, and we do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
The information from the contact form is used solely to reply to your enquiry. We read your message and respond by email or phone.
The information from the booking form is used to schedule your appointment and to send you a confirmation. We do not use either set of information for marketing without your separate consent.
Where it goes
Information you submit is stored in our customer-relationship system, which is accessible only to Alpenglow Med Spa staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
Live chat
This site may include a live-chat widget operated by our messaging provider. If you type a message into that widget, the text is received and processed by that provider on our behalf. The provider acts as a data processor for Alpenglow Med Spa and handles your message only to deliver it to us.
If you prefer not to use the chat widget, you can always reach us by phone or email instead.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or remove any personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, get in touch using the details below. We will respond as promptly as we can.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy.
If we make a change that significantly affects how we handle your information, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know, for example by posting a notice on the site.
